Round one: Air squats / Hand release push ups
As a team complete 150 or 200 air squats. Run to 800m turn around point and perform 150 or 200 hand release push ups – return to box
Round two: Sumo deadlift high pulls / mountain climbers
Same format as round one
Round three:
100 sit ups per team member
