Partner 1: Begin 1000m shuttle (100mx10)
Partner 2: Hold front rack position 135/95
*switch as needed. 5 burpee penalty if bar is dropped before runner returns
400m run
Partner 1: begin 50 burpees
Partner 2: hold overhead position 135/95
*switch as needed
400m chase ball 20/14
Partner 1: 50 thrusters 95/65
Partner 2: plank push up hold
*switch as needed
