As Teams of 2, 12 Min AMRAP:

15 Air Squats + Plank Hold
15 KB Swings + Plank Hold

Partner 1 performs the air squats while Partner 2 holds the plank; then switch; Partner 1 performs the KB swings while Partner 2 holds the plank; then switch; repeat for 12 minutes. Partner performing work cannot perform reps unless Partner 2 holds the plank–both must pause if plank is broken.
