EMOM KB Swing Ladder
Every minute on the minute perform KB swings on an ascending ladder:
1 the 1st minute, 2 the 2nd minute, 3 the 3rd minute, and so on until you can’t complete them all. 45# KB for men/35# KB for women–go moderately heavy this is for strength gains.
