* I go you go format. While your partner is working you will be alternating between jumping jacks, mountain climbers, or planks. * For example I might start with planks but can’t hold the position any longer so I will then move to jumping jacks. If then I can’t do jumping jacks anymore I will go back to planks or mountain climbers for the remainder of the time my partner is working.
