Tomorrow is the first 2015 CrossFit Open Workout. Today is therefore an easy day in preparation for the Open. Row 1000m easy, then foam roll back, glutes, hamstrings, quads, IT band, and calves. Do 30 pass throughs with a PVC. Finish with a 1:00 sumo squat.
