Join Coaches Isabelle Reynolds and Kaitlin Neratka on the 2nd Saturday of month where we chat motherhood, intentional movement, women’s health and nutrition.

Guest speakers may pop in from time to time to drop some knowledge bombs!

These meetings will be more about creating a community and fostering connection.

The event is completely free to our community!

Brick + Iron will be open right next door and the Farmer’s Market ends at 2pm.
