Dublin, Ireland

What do you do for a living?

Inspector / Project Manager

What brought you to Ocala (if you aren’t from here)?

Moved from Ann Arbor, MI for contract work at Florida Power (Crystal River).

What is some advice you wish you could give everyone?

Travel at least once abroad (not just the islands) to appreciate what we have here and broaden your horizons.

What is the most memorable/funniest/craziest thing that has happened in a class?

Probably when someone lets one rip while stretching.

What is your favorite CrossFit movement?

Power Cleans

What is your least favorite CrossFit movement?

Overhead Squats

What is a goal you’ve crossed off your list since being a member at Iron Legion?

Meeting healthy, like minded people.

What is a future goal you’re working towards?

Longevity, having no physical restrictions to doing anything I want.

What is your go to meal or food prep trick during the week?

Snack – Banana with crunchy peanut butter.

What is your favorite local restaurant and what do you get from there?

Sayulita – Tacos and $1 Frozen Margaritas

What do you do to rest and recover?

Watching real football (English Premiership) or have a beer with friends.

What initially brought you into CrossFit Iron Legion?

Wanted to try something different than a regular gym, exercising with other people.

Renee Boyer – understated and like the Terminator, she never stops.
