We will be outdoors today. The workout is in the back parking lot. Come prepared to get down and dirty time to have some fun.
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Teams of 3
8 Min. AMRAP: Tag team shuttle sprints– 20m out, touch the ground, then 20m back (one works at a time, alternate single reps so you go fast these are sprints)
Rest 3 Minutes
8 Min. AMRAP: Jump through tire flips 50m segments out and back (everyone works together–flip tire, hop through, get back in line).
Rest 3 Minutes:
8 Min. AMRAP: Max Rep Squat Snatches 95/65 (one works at a time, rotate as you choose, full squat snatches).
