Teams of 3 complete AMRAP 12
Waterfall
– 9/6 Cal Bike or 14/10 cal row (only if there are no bikes left)
-Double KB Front Rack Hold (53/35)
-Plank
P1 will start while 2 and 3 wait. as soon as 1 finishes they will advance to KB’s and 2 will move to bike. once the bike is finished 1 will advance to plank, 2 to kb hold, and 3 will start on bike. All static holds must be started and held for the duration of the calories.
