As women age, particularly after 30, they can experience a gradual loss of muscle mass and strength, known as sarcopenia. According to Healthline, this natural process can lead to decreased mobility, increased risk of injury, and a reduced quality of life. Additionally, WebMD notes that physically inactive individuals lose about 3-5% of their muscle mass per decade after 30, but strength training is a proven way to counteract this decline. Motherhood is a journey that requires incredible strength, and our Moxie Mother program is here to guide you through it. From pre-pregnancy fitness to postpartum recovery, Moxie Mother offers tailored programming that helps women feel empowered and supported during every stage of motherhood.

  • Prenatal Training focuses on exercises designed to accommodate your changing body, improve flexibility, and build the strength needed for childbirth.
  • Postpartum Fitness is all about healing and rebuilding, with safe, effective exercises to strengthen your core, pelvic floor, and overall body. We also provide a welcoming space for new moms to connect and feel supported during this transformative time.

Our coaches, like Isabelle Reynolds, bring expertise and personal experience to the program, ensuring every session is safe, effective, and empowering. Whether you’re stopping by to rebuild your strength after pregnancy or attending our free community events every second Saturday, the Moxie Mother program is about more than fitness—it’s about community.
