If you are tending your fields and hear that? Run for your life. Today we go a’ Viking in teams. Be prepared for some changes to this recipe, remember, we train for the unknown and the unknowable.

Row 1500m, beach your long boat on shore.

100 Sledge hammer strikes/Viking to the noggins of your foe.

Run 400m as a team to town/nearest gold filled Abbey Carrying your weapons (20#/15# med ball, plate or kettle bell)

Lunge 40 meters with your ‘weapons’ over your head

Run 400m from the sacked Abbey Carrying with your weapon(20#/15# med ball, plate or kettle bell) rejoicing at the lamentations of the townfolk

100 Sledge hammer strikes/Viking to the noggins of your foe, just because your pillage-o-meter was not topped off.

Row 1500m and celebrate a good life or an even better death.

Vahalla’s doors open to the hands of the heroic.
