The gym will be closed December 8th. This Saturday in Altamonte Springs, Florida will be our first CrossFit Competition as a gym! For many of you its the first time competing in anything and I love that you have decided to take CrossFit to this very important level!
Many of you know that I love to compete! I believe that CrossFit competitions are the glue that holds our community together. There is nothing cooler than going out and meeting hundreds more like minded people – its like meeting all of your extended family!! I am excited to see you all experience this for yourselves and I will be right beside you every step of the way!
I will be closing the gym on Saturday. I would expect all of you – competitor or not, to come to Zombie WODS and cheer on your fellow Iron Legion members! We will have a couple tents and food. It will be CrossFit tailgate style! Come on out and join us!
