22 Min. AMRAP as Teams of 2:

2 x 5 S20 115#/75#

2 x 10 Deadlifts 115#/75#

2 x 15 Box Jumps 24″/20″

Split work evenly. One athlete works at a time. It is Valentines Day–you may work out with your significant other and just use two bars and boxes for appropriate weights and height.
