Benchmark Friday!!
Today we do Kelly for Legion. Legion was one of our pack members brought down one year ago by a coward and a gun. Every year on this date we will go that much harder for the namesake of this gym!
400M Run because he loved to run – faster than anything with legs!
30 Box jumps – because he loved to load up in the back of the truck and did it with style, power and grace
30 Wall balls – because chasing and destroying a ball was a favorite for sure
and 5 rounds for time because the endurance and power of a husky is unmatched in the canine world. Legion’s endurance and power was no exception!
I remember – come in here and remember with us.
And to that coward and his gun – I’m still searching for you.
