As a two person team complete the following:

1 power clean and jerk 155/105

2 ring dips

3 box jumps 30/24

4 thrusters 95/65

5 lateral bar burpees

6 push press 95/65

7 jump squats

8 toes to bar

9 wall balls 20/14

10 pull ups

11 mountain climbers

12 front squats 155/105

*partner 1 does 1 pc&j, partner 2 does 1 pc&j and 2 rings, and so on through the workout…it was LEGENDARY!!
