As a two person team complete:

100 kettlebell swings 53/35 & Jumping jacks

100 pull ups & plank

100 power cleans 95/65 & mountain climbers

100 push press 95/65 & feet 6″ off floor

100 sumo deadlift high pull 53/35 & rest

100 goblet squats 53/35 & hold bottom of air squat

* alternate back and forth until all 100 reps are completed. if one partner stops – both partners stop.
