We (all CFIL Members) will be running Zombie WOD WOD’s all day today during our regular scheduled classes. Make sure you get in here and get a taste for what your fellow competitors will be experiencing this Saturday! Super fun – 5am loved it!
Competitors – come in to your normally scheduled class for this experience. Also – Competitors only, I will have a 3:30pm and 7pm block of time set aside for you today to come in and work with me on strategy. Yes Competitors – I want you to do the WOD during a normal scheduled class time AND come in for either the 3:30pm or 7pm blocks. We have much to go over. ITS GONNA BE FUN!!!
