I am a Neuromonitor at multiple hospitals.

What brought you to Ocala (if you aren’t from here)?

I moved here for new job opportunities.

What is some advice you wish you could give everyone?

Your never to old to start or follow your dreams.

What is the most memorable/funniest/craziest thing that has happened in a class?

Easy, definitely when I partnered with Karen for a AMRAP.. 😅

What is your favorite CrossFit movement?

Starting to really love snatches.

What is your least favorite CrossFit movement?

Burpees

What is a goal you’ve crossed off your list since being a member at Iron Legion?

Being able to do butterfly pull-ups.

What is a future goal you’re working towards?

Next goal is perfect toes-to-bar.

What is your go to meal or food prep trick during the week?

Chipotle!

What is your favorite local restaurant and what do you get from there?

El toreo.. always have to get shrimp quesadillas.

What do you do to rest and recover?

Sleep and Hydrate,Hydrate and Hydrate.

What initially brought you into CrossFit Iron Legion and what would you tell someone hesitant about trying CrossFit out?

I started my CrossFit journey to stay fit and to be mentally and physically challenged. I say CrossFit is not as intimidating as people make it; Yes the workouts are hard and challenging but they can be scaled to fit everybody’s needs.

If you could nominate another member of Iron Legion for Athlete of the Week who would it be and why?

I would nominate Joseph he always pushes me and I see him everyday giving his all in each WOD.
